Roadrunner Driver & Instructor Training LTD Terms and Conditions

You must be 17 years of age to drive (16 if you are disabled)

  1. By 1 hour driving lesson or 1 hour equals to 1 credit.
  2. The DVSA ADI shall make his services as a roadrunner driving instructor available to the students for the sole purpose of giving the student driving lessons at the price agreed from time to time.
  3. All lessons are to be paid for before the driving lessons start.
  4. All driving lessons are 1 hour long (60 minutes)
  5. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure a provisional driving licence is held and all details of the licence are correct. If a licence is not held the driving lesson will be cancelled and a charge for the lesson will be made.
  6. Students must arrive on time for the driving lesson appointment, please inform the ADI if in some instances if you are running late. The ADI will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes if the student is running late, after that the ADI will leave and you will lose a credit or pay for that driving lesson.
  7. Please agree a pick up and drop of points well in advance.
  8. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs your lesson will be cancelled and you will lose 1 credit.
  9. The use of the ADI's car for the driving test is at the discretion of the ADI, if he or she is not upto driving test standard you will be refused use of the car.
  10. If a driving test is cancelled by the DVSA on arrival for whatever reason the agreed fee for test car hire is payable, however your test fee will not be affected if the test is cancelled due to bad weather, poor light or the DVSA cannot provide an examiner.
  11. The ADI or ROADRUNNER has the right to substitute another ROADRUNNER ADI to deliver all driving lessons if the ADI falls ill or leaves the company or for any other reason.
  12. In the event of an ADI not available for a driving lesson due to mechanical breakdown or for any other unforeseen events the ADI and ROADRUNNER have the right to rearrange the driving lesson appointment to a time suitable to both parties.
  13. The ADI will have fully comprehensive insurance MOT and ROADTAX for all driving lesson it also covers driving test.
  14. In the event when a student has to cancel a driving lesson, 48 hours notice must be given to the ADI. When 48 hours notice is not given the student will be charged for that lesson or a credit will be deducted.
  15. Roadrunner is not responsible for money given directly to the ADI. When you pay to ROADRUNNER your money is kept in a roadrunner holding account and paid to the instructor after you have taken your driving lessons. Your money is kept away from roadrunner trading accounts. Your funds will only be used to pay your driving instructor as you take each driving lessons.
  16. Payment of driving lessons will be made to your driving instructor if you do not report any issues. If there are any issues please report to ROADRUNNER within 12 hours of taking your lesson.
  17. Genuine complaints must be made in writing within 7 days, all complaints will be dealt carefully and fairness. When making any complaints please add name, address, contact number and ADI REF number.
  18. All visitors' data and information can be utilised by ROADRUNNER, Brandiie, any of The BECO Group of Companies and its founders for security, training, marketing and sales purposes.
